Energy that starts at the cellular level.
Niacin in a meaningful dose — supporting energy metabolism, skin health and nervous system function.
Niacin is one of those everyday vitamins that quietly does a lot in the background. Most of us don't think about it. Most of us don't need to. It sits behind a long list of small daily processes that keep the body feeling steady.
This is niacin in its nicotinic acid form, the original form of vitamin B3. We chose it deliberately. It's the version that has been in use the longest, the one that is best understood, and the one with the most history behind it.
We use a considered amount per serving, paired with food, taken on your own schedule.
A note on the niacin warmth
If you've taken nicotinic acid before, you might already know what we mean. A brief sensation of warmth across the skin, sometimes a light tingle, often around the face, neck or shoulders. It usually arrives soon after taking and eases quickly. It's a familiar part of taking this form of B3, and many people don't notice it at all. Taking it with food makes it far less likely. If you're new to niacin, it can feel surprising the first time. It isn't something to worry about.
What it does
Ingredients
Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) — suitable for vegans.
Base: Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa) 30mg.
Note: Niacin may cause a temporary skin flush — a warm, tingling sensation that typically passes within 20–30 minutes. This is a normal physiological response. Taking with food reduces the likelihood.
How to Take
Nicotinic acid may cause a temporary, harmless skin flushing sensation shortly after taking. This is normal and subsides within 30 minutes. Taking with food reduces this significantly.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

A note from our co-founder
“Niacin gets a reputation for the flush. But before that conversation, there's a more important one about NAD+ — the coenzyme that sits at the heart of cellular energy production. At 100mg nicotinic acid, this is a meaningful dose. The flush, if it happens at all, passes in under 30 minutes.”
