Shipping policy
We keep shipping simple at Rooted Human. Free UK delivery on every order, with most parcels arriving the next day.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse on a tracked service. Your delivery window depends on when you place your order:
- Ordered before 3pm, Sunday to Friday: next-day delivery
- Ordered after 3pm Friday, through to midnight Saturday: two-day delivery
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. Bank holidays and severe weather can occasionally add a day or two to delivery, and we will let you know if we expect any delay to your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, you can follow it using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays), please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Missing, late or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please get in touch at admin@rootedhuman.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo where possible, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you have provided the correct details, although we may need to charge for redelivery in that case.
