A quieter mind isn't a luxury. It's a foundation.
Nightly gummies to ease the mental noise and help you actually switch off.
The end of the day doesn't always feel like the end of the day. Your body might be still, but your mind is somewhere else. Replaying conversations, ticking through tomorrow, refusing to let the day close. It isn't a personality trait. It's what happens when the nervous system has been switched on for too long, with nothing telling it the day is over.
Quiet Mind is made to support your body's natural wind-down.
The formula is built around Griffonia seed extract, taken from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a climbing shrub native to West Africa. It has been used for generations as part of evening rituals and rest practices. We've paired it with three of the most well-studied calming botanicals:
- Lemon balm, long associated with a settled mind.
- Chamomile, the gentle classic of bedtime traditions.
- Lavender, used for centuries to soften the edges of the evening.
Together, they're designed to work with your body's own rhythm, not push against it.
Why a gummy?
Quiet Mind comes as a gummy rather than a capsule, because the way you take something matters as much as what's in it. A capsule is a task. A gummy is a moment. Something you actually look forward to. Something that signals to your body that the day is closing.
How to take it
Take two in the evening, around the time you'd normally start winding down. Pair it with whatever your version of slowing down looks like. A bath. A book. A walk. The lights going low.
Quiet Mind isn't a fix. It's a small, considered piece of a calmer evening. Made for the version of you that wants to come back to herself at the end of the day.

A note from our co-founder
“The women I spoke to while developing this weren't struggling to sleep, exactly. They were struggling to let go of the day. That distinction changes everything about how you formulate. Quiet Mind is built around that moment — the gap between putting your phone down and actually switching off.”
